Scheduled Maintenance

Outage information


Between Tuesday 23rd April and Tuesday 7th May we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance with our carrier partners. During this time, SIM card functionality (i.e. calls, texts and data) will continue to operate as normal. However, some product orders and SIM activations will be restricted during this time.

What's impacted?

  • Irish (+353) SIM card orders placed after 2pm on 22nd April will not be processed or dispatched until Tuesday 7th May.
  • Irish (+353) SIM cards cannot be activated from Tuesday 23rd April until Tuesday 7th May. If you require a SIM card for installation over this period, please ensure it is activated before Tuesday 23rd April.

What's not impacted?

  • All SIM cards will function normally. Calls, SMS and data services will not be affected.
  • UK (+44) SIM card activations and orders will continue to be processed as normal.
  • Replacement SIM cards, where a SIM is suspected of being faulty, will be issued as normal.
  • Billing updates and payments will operate as normal.

All services will return to normal on Tuesday 7th May.
